BoA Release Party
SOUL announced that there will be a party to celebrate the release of BoA new Best album in Japan and BoA’s first album in USA. This event is called BoA Release Party “BEST＆USA” 〜Thank You For Your Support!!〜

date: April 6th
place: Shinkiba Coast Studio
time: 18:00 – 19:00
price of ticket: 3,900 yens
There will be a balot to select the members who will be able to buy the tickets.
Springroove 2009
BoA will be appearing at springroove 2009 on April 4th. This event will be held at the Makuhari Messe in Tokyo and there will be other artist performing (T-PAIN, Miliyah, etc).

BoA will be officially anounced later on. The bad news is that tickets are expensive (11,000 yens : VIP 20,000 yens) and VIP tickets are already SOULD OUT.

Today more info about the new Japanese album was released. We now know the best album will be released in a package which will include also the american album + 2 DVD. The release date is March 4th. The best Album will include the new single Eien and the colaboration with Crystal Key&VERVAL(m-flo) .

BoA has just returned to Japan
and today (maybe I should say yesterday) she recorded a PV.
The title is “EIEN” (eternity)
BoA really made her best
so there’s no doubt this will become a great video

new single in february
On February 18th we’ll have 2 new releases related to BoA
The first one is her new Japanese single (永遠 (Eien – eternity)/ title to be confirmed / Believe in LOVE feat.BoA )
As usual there’ll be 2 versions (with DVD and without DVD)
The second release is with the project ravex 「Believe in LOVE feat.BoA」. ravex is an avex project to commemorate their 20th anniversary featuring the company artists. In this release BoA will participate with MONDO GROSSO (this is their second collaboration).
Even though both singles include 「Believe in LOVE」 the versions are different.
BoA on Times Square
Korean pop sensation BoA will make her television debut in the United States through “MTV World Presents: BoA Live in New York” Dec. 3.
The recording will be taped by Music Television, or MTV’s Total Request Live (TRL) studios, for three hours from 11 a.m.
The 21-year-old singer will not only perform live with her single “Eat You Up,” but talk about her life as a singer both in the U.S. and Korea, new plans and how she managed to break into the U.S. music industry. She will also spend time answering questions from the audience.
Along with “Eat You Up,” BoA will present her new song, “Look Who’s Talking,” for the first time.
The show will be broadcast live on a giant LCD screen in Times Square, while the recording will be aired around the U.S. by MTV, MTV Iggy and mtvU, a division of MTV Networks available on more than 750 colleges and university campuses in the U.S. Fans can also get a glimpse of the show through MTV channels like MTV Korea, Japan, Asia and Australia.
BoA, a superstar in both Korea and in Japan, moved her stage to the U.S. with the single “Eat You Up” last month. With high expectations, she recently performed at the YouTube Live show in Japan and will release her first official album in the U.S. next year.

BoA sings Meri Kuri with the help of her partner
As I commented before BoA had a live event today at Marucube inside Maru Building in Tokyo Japan. This event was sponsored by audio technica and during this event BoA wore headphones of this company and also used a customized microphone for her (the AEW-T6100). BoA announced that she’ll be appearing in the new audio technica CM which will feature Meri Kuri ~New Best Album Version~ as theme song.
Regarding the shooting of the CM BoA said “I was having so much fun playing with my dog during the rest times that when I realized the shooting had concluded”.
As a Christmas Present for her fans BoA performed the song featured in the CM with the help of her partner (the customized AEW-T6100 microphone) and a live band (piano & strings).
Meri Kuri ~New Best Album Version~ will be available as a chaku uta (phone ringtone) starting tomorrow. This note mentions the CM will be aired on November 22nd contrary to the SOUL announcement which mentioned Novemeber 21st.
Due to the tight schedule BoA currently has she is expected to spend Xmas in the recording studio in the United States. She also mentioned that she spent her 22nd Birthday in United States with her staff. “They really want me to study (laugh)” was the comment BoA made due to the fact she got many English phrase books as presents. 2 New albums are expected to be released during the beginning of spring: 1 Best Songs album in Japan and the Debut album in the United States.

New Best Album
A new Best ALbum has been confirmed!
This album will include not just a compilation of songs but new versions, and we’ll be able to hear a preview on Nov 21st (tomorrow) when the new audio technica CM gets released in Japan. This CM will use the メリクリ ～New Best Album Version～ (Meri Kuri)
There’s no a title or exact release date. But it will be at the biginning of spring.
